Military Power Supplies -COTS and Custom Power Supplies and DC/DC Converters, specifically designed for the rugged Defense and Aerospace industries. All of our AC/DC Power Supplies and DC/DC Converters provide industry-leading power-density, low profile, high reliability, and rugged packaging. The units are available with power ratings from 15 watts through 1,500 watts. Our advanced designs accept a wide range of inputs and provide single-output and a variety of multiple-output configurations. Standard VME, VXI, and Compact PCI outputs, signaling, and form factors are also available.
All military transformers and power supplies are designed with NAVMAT component derating and have integrated EMI filters per MIL-STD-461. Power units are specified over their full operating temperature range at full-load conditions. Customer requests for modification of its standard units, as justified by production potential.
Military power supplies are used by customers world-wide in a broad range of defense and aerospace programs and applications. Typical applications of AC/DC power supplies and DC/DC converters include shipborne, ground-based, and airborne VME test systems, and navigation control, fire control, signal retransmission, and simulation systems.
The 55GS1 is a rugged, 25 watt, low-profile, high-power density, conduction-cooled, DC/DC Converter. It has a 28Vdc input with a single output and provides full output power at +100°C baseplate temperature.
The 55LQ2 is a rugged, 100 watt, low-profile, high-power density, conduction-cooled, 28V input, quad output DC/DC Converter designed for 3U cPCI systems. It provides full output power at +85°C card edge / wedgelock temperature.
The 55J1 is a rugged, 50 watt, low-profile, high-power density, conduction-cooled, DC/DC Converter. It has a 28Vdc input with single and dual outputs and provides full output power at +100°C baseplate temperature.
